So far, our experience with WGIISD has exceeded our expectations. The ongoing maintenance
requirements are minimal and the benefits are significant. Reps are constantly using the
system from 8:00 AM to midnight every day. Since installing the system in October last year,
we have added several new representatives, in part, I am sure, because of the ISD system.
The greatest challenge is keeping up with the new developments in the system.
The speed at which new functionalities are added is tremendous. This has always been a

This is the type of development that will firmly establish FundDealerNet
as the best mutual fund back office software in the country. Tell Dave to quote me on

My internet strategy is to make as much information as possible available to our reps.
Up until today that meant hyperlinks, tools, and other information through our rep web site.
If I can combine what I've got with what you've got, I'll have to set up a new department
to process incoming rep transfers.
Saw the price trend graph. Very cool, although I'm guessing there will
be a need to explain to clients how dividend distributions affect the price.
Can you add some dates on the x-axis? I mentioned the graph to a rep who
wondered where all the data would come from. I explained that we had about
2.5 million prices stored in CCB already but as he doesn't have master
access he doesn't know it exists.
Client AUM ranking is one of those things that just makes a rep feel
good. Not neccessarily practical as most reps should know who their top
clients are but if it makes them feel good then I'm all for it. I think
it's wonderful that we are taking all the data that CCB has in it and
turning it into useful information for the reps (and clients). John.
